We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to join our team and help us amplify our impact across industries.

The opportunity

As our Head of Marketing, you’ll be a strategic leader, brand custodian, and customer advocate. You’ll craft and execute marketing strategies that not only align with our business goals but exceed them. Collaborating with sales, product, and consulting teams, you’ll ensure a consistent, optimised, and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.

You’ll thrive on data and metrics, leveraging insights to continuously refine marketing activities and drive measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Develop Strategy: Define and implement marketing plans that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Lead Campaigns: Manage B2B campaigns across customer segments to generate high-quality leads and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Build the Brand: Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent delivery across channels, assets, and interactions.
  • Enhance Digital Channels: Optimise digital channel performance with data-driven strategies and end-to-end performance metrics.
  • Collaborate: Work with sales and product teams to educate customers and create market opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to improve customer journeys, marketing activities, and engagement.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry bodies.
  • Drive Improvement: Foster a learning culture to test, optimise, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, emphasising creativity, innovation, and excellence.

What you'll bring

You’re a recognised marketing thought leader with a proven ability to drive impactful strategies and build strong customer relationships. You thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and have a hands-on, data-driven approach.

  • Experience: Proven expertise in B2B product marketing within a scale-up environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of brand management and customer value proposition development.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in analytics to optimise marketing activities and measure outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional relationship management and the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Market Education: Experience in market-making, educating customers on innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Skilled in narrative development and multi-channel amplification.
