Population Forecaster

Alex started his time in .id as a intern learning and performing land development assumptions. Throughout his time, he was able to understand the complexity behind the land development assumptions that help form .id's population forecast. Fortunately, with the completion of his BA in Human Geography, he was offered the opportunity to take up population forecasting.

With his already established background in the base data processes, he uses his love for the complexity of place to produce forecasts. He continues his professional journey with an eagerness to learn more, whilst practicing what he loves to do.

Being a massive geography and humanities nerd, Alex is always keen on learning the intricacies of different places so he can expand his horizons and to answer geography pub trivia quizzes. Outside of work, you'll find Alex either playing sport throughout the year (rugby or touch footy), being an absolute weapon at board games (not true) and beginning his journey to be a North Melbourne fan (it's tough).
