Crystal has worked for several local governments in Victoria and has experience in developing housing strategies, action plans and policies, and advocacy with all levels of government. Crystal’s career objective is to connect people, information and resources so that ideas and opportunities to improve housing supply and affordability can be realised. She has an in-depth knowledge of the role of local government in affordable housing, the factors that impact housing affordability and supply, and how to effectively utilise data to influence housing outcomes.
