The opportunity

As the Head of Product Engineering, you’ll play a central role in delivering our strategy and scaling our organization. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers to design, build, and deliver products that set new benchmarks for quality, performance, and innovation.

Your role

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cutting-edge architecture and engineering direction to deliver on our purpose and vision.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers and technical teams to ensure our products are scalable, efficient, and impactful.
  • Agility: Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, continuously refining and enhancing our approach.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into our products and practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of experimentation, feedback, and iterative improvement.

What you'll bring

You’re a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative, technology-powered products. You thrive in dynamic environments and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

  • Experience: 12+ years in technology roles, including 5+ years in product and architecture leadership.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern infrastructure, software engineering, and SaaS/DaaS product development.
  • Agility: Skilled in agile delivery and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical challenges to diverse audiences.
  • Innovation: A passion for staying ahead of the curve and applying the latest advancements in technology.
